Basis of Admission:

Admissions in BBA / BCA will be based on the

merit of 10+2 exam and group discussion by SILB team.

1. B.Sc. (Hons) Biotechnology & B.Sc. (Hons) Microbiology: 10+2 percentage.
2. B.Sc. Biotechnology / Microbiology/Botany /Chemistry: through Entrance test conducted by Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.

HOSTEL FEES

• There will be security of Rs 7000/-(Refundable).
• Annual Charges  will comprise of Rs 80000/- per annum (Rs 40000/- per semester).

(Annual charges include Mess charges, Room rent, electricity, water, WI FI internet, Common Room etc.)

Scholarships

Fee concession (On Marks in Qualifying examinations):

UG Courses:

• 95% and above full fee concession
• 90% to 94% marks -50% fee concession
• 85% to 89% marks-25% fee concession
• Single Girl Child-10% fee; Single parent (Mother surviving) – 10% fee; Sibling concession-10% fees.

PG Courses:

• 90% and above full fee concession
• 85% to 89 %marks-50% fee concession
• 80%to 84% marks-25% fee concession
• Single Girl Child -10% fee; Single parent (Mother surviving)-10% fee; Sibling concession-10%fees.

Note: – Fee concession will be withdrawn in case the attendance falls below 75% and non-maintenance of merit in HPU examinations.

Eligible student’s belonging to General/SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged and others are eligible for all govt scholarships. (www.scholarships.govt.in)

• Examination and practical fees as prescribed by the HPU Shimla shall be charged at the time of filling of Examination Forms.
• In case fee is not deposited by the due date, a late fee of Rs 1000/- will be charged for the next 10 days, failing to meet this dead line will automatically cause the name of the student to be struck off from the rolls.
• Refund of fees according to UG Guidelines.
